Netflix Picks Up ‘The Little Prince’ From Paramount

If you’re like me (an American animation fan), you’ve probably been wondering when The Little Prince would release in the U.S., considering it’s been out for nearly a year already. Now we finally have answers — but they’re STILL. VAGUE.

According to several reports, including the above one from Hollywood Reporter, The Little Prince was slated by Paramount Pictures to premiere this weekend in theaters but was pulled for unknown reasons last week. It’s such a recent development that the official film website still says it’s releasing today! 

But now, “Good Guy” Netflix — as one of my friends called the streaming service — has picked up The Little Prince for release this year. No further particulars have been given, but we will update you as we learn more.
